- Read for comprehension so you can sequence the pictures in the story. Read the story "Who is on the Log?" and then sequence the pictures after coloring and cutting them out. Be sure to color neatly and cut carefully on the dotted lines. Do your very best!
- Do math worksheet on place value by composing numbers. Color the bases ten blocks to show each number that is given. Be sure to color neatly.

Do Week 1, Day 4
- Read sight word list 4 and practice words your child does not know - go over the list several times so your child knows the words fluently. Review lists 1, 2 and 3 as well.
- Use 3 sight words from the sight word list and write 3 sentences - remembering to form all letters correctly between top line, bottom line and middle dotted line. Also remember when writing a sentence to start each sentence with a capital letter, space in between words and end the sentence with a punctuation mark
- Do -ot family worksheet by coloring the circles to create the word that completes the sentence. Then read the sentence and write the new word in the sentence. Color the pictures neatly.
- Complete the CVC word search. Figure out the words for each picture by using the words in the word bank and writing them in the boxes below the picture. Check off each CVC words as you find it in the word search puzzle and circle it.
- Do math worksheet on place value. Count each group of ten and ones to come up with the number.
- Pick a different reader than earlier this week from the ones I sent home in the home learning packet and practice reading it several times throughout the day, Practice, practice, practice! - Read "The Sun" sentences and fill in the missing word (s). When finished filling in all the words go back and read the sentences again. Color the sun.
- Do -ig family worksheet by reading the story "Zig the Pig". Read it through three times coloring a star at the top of the page after each reading. Answer the questions in a complete sentence using capital letter, spacing between words and punctuation mark..
- Do math worksheet on comparing numbers. Color the balloon with the smaller number then finish the number sentence by writing the correct numbers in the blanks. Color the girl with the balloons. Be neat and be sure to write your numbers correctly.
- Pick the final reader from the ones I sent home in the home learning packet and practice reading it several times throughout the day, Practice, practice, practice!
